Using this website
You may browse this site and use the information on it for your own purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to scrape its content at a rate that affects other users.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we make no guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Case study figures are accurate at the time of writing and may not reflect current performance.
Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the design, text and code of this website are owned by Cherwell Digital Studio Ltd or our licensors. Client names, logos and work shown belong to the respective clients and are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.
Our services
- Proposals are valid for 30 days and are not a contract until both parties sign a statement of work.
- Payment is typically 50% on commencement and 50% on completion for project work; retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days.
- Ownership of deliverables passes to the client on final payment. We retain the right to reuse general know-how and non-client-specific components.
- Third-party services (hosting, domains, software subscriptions, AI model usage) are billed at cost or purchased directly by the client, and are subject to those providers’ terms.
- Portfolio: we may reference the work publicly unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our total liability in relation to any client engagement is limited to the fees paid under the relevant statement of work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
