The brief

Three branches, eleven villages, and a website that the big property websites beat for almost every search that mattered. Valuation requests had stalled, and the agency was paying those same websites for leads its own site should have been winning.

What we did

  • Fixed the basics first: broken pages, duplicate property listings and a slow mobile site.
  • Wrote a page for each village, full of real local knowledge rather than copy-and-paste text, and linked each one to the right branch.
  • Tidied up every branch’s Google listing, and made sure Google understood each branch, property and review.
  • Set up a short monthly report in plain English that tracks valuation requests, not just rankings.

The result

Within six months the agency showed up in Google Maps results three times as often, and valuation requests rose by 71%. It now wins searches in villages where it used to be invisible.
