From a tired brochure site to a shop that sells out

A fresh brand, an online shop the team runs themselves and a push on local Google searches for a family brewery with a very modern order book.

The brief

The brewery had a loyal local following and a website that did not do it justice. The shop felt bolted on, was slow on phones and was a pain to update, so most orders still came in by phone. They wanted a brand that felt as good as the beer, and a shop the team could run themselves.

What we did

  • Refreshed the brand and the labels, keeping the heritage people recognise and making it look great on screen.
  • Built a new online shop with quick product pages, click-and-collect and an easy way to launch limited releases.
  • Got the brewery found locally: a tidy Google listing, pages for the taproom and the pubs that stock their beer, and products that show up properly in Google.
  • Trained the team to add releases and manage stock without calling us.

The result

Online sales rose by 184% in the first year, pages load in under a second, and limited releases now sell out online before the taproom opens. Phone orders fell, which gave the team more time for brewing.

  • A large room filled with metal fermentation tanks
  • Rows of labelled bottles on shelves
  • Wooden barrels stacked on racks

What the client says

They rebuilt our site, fixed our Google listing and set up an assistant that answers the questions we were sick of answering. Turnover is up and the phone rings less.
