What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device so it can recognise you later. Local storage is a similar mechanism. Both are commonly used for tracking, which we don’t do.
What this site uses
Nothing. No cookies, no local storage and no tracking pixels. If you block cookies entirely, every part of the site keeps working.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Its script and event endpoint are delivered through cherwell.studio so they are less likely to be blocked, but the analytics service and privacy protections are unchanged. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not track you across other websites. Visits are counted in aggregate, your IP address is not stored, and analytics data is hosted in the EU.
